Immediate Password Reset: Ready to reset? Jump straight to the Microsoft Password Reset Tool and follow the on-screen instructions. Remember, the Microsoft Authenticator app is required for verification.

Password Complexity Requirements

Ensure your new password meets the following criteria for your security:

  • Passwords must have a minimum length of ten (10) characters - but more is better!
  • Passwords must include at least 3 different types of characters:
    • upper-case letters (A-Z)
    • lower-case letters (a-z)
    • symbols or special characters (%, &, *, $, etc.)
    • numbers (0-9)
  • Passwords cannot contain all or part of your email address
  • Passwords cannot be re-used

Can’t Log In?

Account Lockouts

To enhance security and prevent unauthorized access, your account will be locked out for thirty (30) minutes after five (5) failed login attempts. This measure is crucial for protecting your personal and institutional data from potential fraud.
